Who is the ideal delegate?
The course is ideal for anyone who would be expected to manage or lead people in your organisation e.g. Line managers, HR practitioners, Supervisors, or Team leaders. This course can equally be adapted to a wider more general employee audience if required.

These are not traditional sit and listen sessions but fully interactive workshops with lots of discussion and small break out exercises. We believe it’s vital that delegates fully immerse themselves in the session if they are going to train with us and use any new found skills and knowledge effectively.
Of course, we also take a short break to enable delegates to re-energise and hydrate!
With a minimum of 5 years practitioner experience, qualified tutor and expert in learning content design.
We are fun people so we aim to make sessions as interactive and practical as possible and we know you'll learn more if you enjoy what your doing.
If you need help to embed your learning our facilitators can support with 121's or communities of practice to make sure skills and new found knowledge are fully implemented.
